1. If a participant withdraws from the conference 30 Calendar days or more before the 1st Day of the event, the participant will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. All cancellations must be requested in writing and received no later than 30 days prior to trainings.  You can request a refund by reaching out to the Conference Chair at conference@ksplaytherapy.org.

2. Unless otherwise stated, no other refunds or reimbursements are allowed. No exceptions granted. ***No refunds or partial refunds later than 30 days prior to the event.***

** If a paid participant needs to withdraw from the Training or speaker series; they can elect to "donate" their paid registration to students on the Sherry Chapman scholarship list or another professional individual.

Approved Provider status is granted by the Association for Play Therapy; this allows registrants to earn credit at KSAPT programs towards their Registered Play Therapist or Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor credentials.
